GHA Cinema Philosophy

A great home theater should not feel like a pile of equipment. Press one button: the lights settle, the shades close, the system turns on and the movie begins. The technology disappears

We build theaters around Kaleidescape Strato K, madVR Envy Extreme MK3, properly designed surround sound and room correction tuned specifically for the space. Control4 X4 brings everything together, Josh.ai lets you speak to the room naturally, and a professionally designed network keeps it all reliable.

The technology is cutting edge. Using it should be easy.

Our goal is to transport you back to your favorite childhood movie theater, and further:  to allow you to be a participant in the very film you are enjoying.  We design immersive film experiences centered on ultra-high resolution projectors that present perfectly on classic wide screens.  We create spaces that capture the magic of cinema through the lens of mid-century modern innovation and design.  Like the classic Frank Lloyd Wright home Taliesin West, above all, we value form that follows function.   On our screens, which are the cinema windows that allow in nature, we try our best to faithfully present the work of some of our favorite directors: Wes Anderson, Spike Lee, Stanley Kubrick, Kathryn Bigelow, Andrei Tarkovsky, Sophia Copala, John Huston, George Lucas, and Christopher Nolan.   The rooms we create channel the musical and cultural experimentation of the 60s and 70s, what came before, and what evolved after.   We create spaces that seamlessly blend cutting-edge automation and surround sound technology with the timeless design and warm rich tones of vintage HiFi.   We provide complete turnkey solutions.

Here are the nuts and bolts:

·      High quality wide screens either fixed or dropping down magically through the ceiling

·      Mounted or short throw ultra high resolution projectors for large rooms

·      Wide screen OLED or LED or TVs for medium and large rooms

·      Powerful surround sound amplification with room correction and full control

·      Hidden or statement speakers that have stunning mid-range and deep bass

·      Classic theater seating or sunken living room style furniture

·      Full tutorials on getting the most out of the universe of streaming and saved content

·      Complete room treatment options from on wall panels to custom shelves full of books

·      Streamlined control (one intuitive pad instead of twenty remote controls!) for audio, video, automated shades, lighting, and temperature/climate.

·      Custom programming of presets to quickly navigate among one’s favorite news channels, commercial-free concerts, and classic films shown in wide screen, the way they were meant to be enjoyed…
