Made from rhubarb, lemon peel, ginger pieces, lemon grass, artichoke leaf, chamomile, honey, fennel seed, star anise. All organic. This will make a great cocktail. We make this in small batches and use it in our bourbon cocktails (2 oz good bourbon*, 1 teaspoon organic sugar, 1 teaspoon water, 3 dashes bitters, orange twist, throw in a rock or two). *Pappy, Blantons, Colonel EH Taylor, Rowan’s Creek, Buffalo Trace, 4Roses, etc.
